This is always the week of the year that everything falls apart at our house. We were in our winter pattern of activities and most weeks life ran smoothly and I could get dinner on the table. But, as soon as the kids are past Spring Break, activities change. So, I have one "Every Man for Himself" night on the menu. Hopefully, we can keep it to only one.
Monday: BBQ pork sandwiches, fries, carrot & celery sticks, orange slices
Tuesday: Baked Potato Soup, pineapple
Wednesday: 7 Layer Salad, left over BBQ pork sandwiches, apple slices
Thursday: Goulash, green salad, fresh fruit
Friday: Every man for himself night
Saturday: Grilled catfish, boiled red potatoes, veggie, fruit
Sunday: Swedish Meatballs with Cream Gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, veggie
