We ended up going out of town on Sunday, so I'm rolling Sunday's dinner into Monday. I keep thinking the family activities will slow down now that school is out. But, this week is busier than ever. I'm sure it will slow down just in time for school to start again.
Monday: Grilled pork chops, long grain & wild rice, veggie, strawberries
Tuesday: BBQ chicken sandwiches, chips, veggies
Wednesday: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans
Thursday: Picnic at the Shakespeare Festival - Ham sandwiches, wheatables, strawberries
Friday: Frozen pizza
Saturday: Out with friends
Sunday: Hamburgers, potato salad, fruit
