I'm going to be out of town most the week, so my husband and teen aged son are on the own. Both of them are more than capable of getting dinner on the table. I just hope they eat more than two food groups - both of them would be plenty happy to eat meat and bread all week.
Monday: Bratwurst, baked beans, grapes
Tuesday: Grilled hamburgers, spinach salad, grapes
Wednesday: Grilled chicken breast, long grain & wild rice, green salad, fruit
Thursday: Chef salads
Friday: Pork tenderloin, sweet corn, applesauce
Saturday: Pork tenderloin sandwiches, cole slaw, peaches
Sunday: BBQ chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, veggie, fruit
