Saved 81% This Week

I'm over budget this week, but I have plenty in my Splurge Funds to make up the difference.

CVS
Nothing like shopping for free! I had been saving up my ECBs to purchase an Entertainment Book when they went on sale.

Shop 'n Save (2 trips)

1st Picture: I had a $20 Catalina coupon expiring last Saturday and had planned on spending it on some items I needed/wanted that never went on sale.  But, I was coming down with a terrible head cold and didn't feel like going anywhere.  I gave the Catalina to my husband and told him I needed Tapioca and Manicotti noodles and to spend the rest of it on whatever he wanted.  He did good - $0.12 out of pocket.

2nd Picture:  I'm not a huge fan of ConAgra products, but it's hard to pass up a Catalina deal on a $10 off $50 Thursday.  The Marie Callender's are for my husbands lunches, California Pizza for my teen, and the Sweet Moments for me.  (I had better hide them in the vegetable drawer.)

Splurge Funds: $144.07

For those who don't read my blog on a regular basis, my splurge funds are the difference between what I've actually spent and my $50 budget. I use it for those items I never find on sale or that I don't have coupons for.
