
I'm always excited to see Multi-Colored Peppers on sale at Aldi. Cheap peppers means we will have Corn & Cheese Chowder to eat. One of the first things I do when menu planning, is check what produce is on sale and plan meals that include the sale produce.
Monday: Chicken Marsala w/Linguine, Peas, Garlic Rolls
Tuesday: Corn & Cheese Chowder
Wednesday: Baked Mostaccioli, Green Salad
Thursday: Crockpot BBQ Meatballs, Rice, Frozen Veggie
Friday: Mexican-Style Stuffed Peppers
Saturday: Pork Chips, Long Grain & Wild Rice, Frozen Veggie
Sunday: Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Simple Oven-Baked Carrots
