Tuesday, February 23, 2010, from 7 a.m to 10 p.m. IHOP is celebrating National Pancake Day by offering one FREE short stack of their famous buttermilk pancakes.
They do ask that you consider making a donation to support local children's hospitals through Children's Miracle Network or other local charities.
