Between the earthquake in Chile and the cold weather in Florida, it is going to be hard to find a good price on fresh produce for awhile. I'm starting to wish my husband's Farmville was in the backyard instead of on Facebook.
Make sure you check the clearance bin when you are at Aldi. This week, I found Water Chestnuts on clearance for .59. Not a bad price for something that doesn't go on sale often or you see coupons for.

If you haven't shopped at Aldi, or it has been a while:
1. Make sure you have a quarter to unlock a shopping cart. The carts are like luggage carts at the airport. You rent them for a quarter, and you get your quarter back when you return the cart.
2. Take your own bags. Aldi does not provide free bags for your groceries.
3. Aldis now accepts debit cards.
4. Aldis does not accept coupons
