It's May and it's busy. My son has four baseball games, a band concert and the Sports Banquet this week - and I though last week was busy. Having a menu plan with quick meals sure helps this time of year.
Monday: Italian beef sandwiches, fries, carrot sticks, fruit
Tuesday: Frozen pizza, pineapple
Wednesday: Lunch meat sandwiches, chips, pineapple
Thursday: Dinner out - Sports Banquet
Friday: Senate Bean Soup, cornbread
Saturday: Tilapia, long grain & wild rice, veggies, fruit
Sunday: BBQ baby back ribs, baked beans, potato salad
