When it get this hot and muggy, if it can't go on the grill or between two pieces of bread, it's not on my menu. I'm planning on boiling the potatoes for potato salad on the side burner of the grill. I'll do anything to keep the extra heat out of the house.
Monday: Tilapia, long grain & wild rice, grilled green beans
Tuesday: Tuna salad sandwiches, cole slaw, chips, Oreos
Wednesday: BBQ chicken sandwiches, potato salad, grapes
Thursday: Grilled hamburgers, leftover potato salad,
Friday: Steak, baked potatoes, green salad
Saturday: Grilled chicken breasts, fresh veggie, green salad
Sunday: BBQ ribs, baked beans, cole slaw
