This is the second week of "empty nesting" for my husband and I this summer. Have to love kids going away to camp.
We didn't do so well getting dinner on the table the last time my son was at camp. Hopefully, we will do better this week.
Monday: Ham & cheese sandwiches, chips, strawberries,
Tuesday: Grilled teriyaki glazed chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies, strawberries
Wednesday: Tuna salad sandwiches, strawberries
Thursday: Grilled hamburgers, chips, root beer floats
Friday: Fish, long grain & wild rice, fresh veggie or salad
Saturday: Date night
Sunday: Pork steaks, baked beans, fresh fruit
