I've planned breakfast as dinner this week with scramble the eggs. Everyone in my family loves to dunk their toast in the yolk of a fried egg, but with the recent salmonella scare, I don't think I would feel too comfortable doing that right now.
Monday: Breakfast as dinner: scrambled eggs, sausage links, toasts, orange juice
Tuesday: School picnic
Wednesday: Baked chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, green salad, grapes
Thursday: Pasta con Broccoli, garlic bread, fresh fruit
Friday: Orange chicken, steamed rice, egg rolls,
Saturday: Chili, cornbread, fruit
Sunday: Pork chops, long grain & wild rice, applesauce
