Hopefully we will do a better job of sticking to our menu this week. I'm having a hard time adjusting to our normal school/activities schedule and getting dinner on the table. So several meals are back on the menu from last week.
Monday: Grilled pork chops, baked potatoes, grilled asparagus, grapes
Tuesday: Swedish meatballs with cream gravy, mashed potatoes, lingonberry preserves, peas
Wednesday: Biscuits and sausage gravy, orange juice
Thursday: Pasta con broccoli, green salad, garlic bread
Friday: Grilled chicken, potato salad, green beans, fruit
Saturday: Grilled hamburgers, potato salad, veggies
Sunday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, fruit
