After several weeks of having a hard time sticking to our menu plan, we finally did better last week. It sure makes the week easier when we do. Hopefully, we are getting back into a routine.
Monday: Spicy Garlic Chicken (Wanchai Ferry), Asian Salad, fruit
Tuesday: Tacos, refried beans, chips & salsa
Wednesday: Soup & sandwiches
We have a very busy Wednesday night, so I'm keeping it easy.
Thursday: Spaghetti, Caesar salad, garlic bread
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: I'm an my own for dinner; maybe I'll see if a friend wants to go out. If not, I'll be eating a frozen dinner.
Sunday: Grilled pork chops, long grain & wild rice, veggies & fruit
