We seem to have one night each week where I get to recycle a menu item from the week before. Before I seriously menu planned, there were quite a few nights that got out of hand. Now, even when the family is busy, if I've planned well, we can still fit in dinner.
Monday: Tilapia, long grain and wild rice, green beans, fruit
Tuesday: Tacos, refried beans
Wednesday: Zia's Italian Beef Sandwiches, fries, Apple slices
Thursday: Rachel Ray's Mexican Lasagna, green salad
Friday: Hamburgers, fries, Green Giant veggie
Saturday: Orange Chicken with rice, egg rolls, fresh pineapple
Sunday: Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and gravy, Green Giant veggie, fruit
