The enchiladas planned for Monday are recycled from last week. I bought a frozen pizza and could not fit it in the freezer, so we had to eat it that night. I keep trying to use what I have in the freezer to make it a little more manageable, but the great deals just keep coming. A chest freezer is moving up on my wish list.
Monday: Enchiladas, chips & salsa
Tuesday: Pasta con Broccoli, garlic bread, apple slices with carmel dip
Wednesday: Chicken tenders, fries, Green Giant veggies, fruit

Saturday: Blueberry pancakes, orange juice
