I was having a hard time figuring out what to do with the last of the turkey, so I turned to FoodNetwork.com. I love watching Giada De Laurentis, but I cook more like Rachel Rae and her 30 minute meals. So, I was excited to find a quick and easy recipe from Giada to use up my leftover turkey.
Monday: Giada's Turkey Bolognese, green salad, apple slices
Tuesday: Tilapia, long grain & wild rice, veggie, pineapple
Wednesday: Pepperoni Pizza, apple slices
Thursday: Biscuits & Sausage Gravy, orange juice
Friday: Enchiladas, chips & salsa
Saturday: Chinese Orange Chicken over rice, peas, egg rolls
Sunday: Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggie and fruit
