I didn't put together a menu plan last week. I had forgotten how difficult dinner time was without one. Even though I have a full freezer and pantry, I hate that blank stare into the freeze trying to figure out what am I cooking tonight.
Monday: Chicken Alfredo with Linguine, peas, garlic bread, green salad, apple slices
Tuesday: Ham sandwiches, chips, cole slaw, fresh fruit
Wednesday: Every Man for Himself night
Thursday: Ham & cheese omelets, orange juice
Friday: Grilled catfish, red spuds, veggie & fruit
Saturday: Date night
Sunday: Grilled pork chops, baked potatoes, veggie & fruit
