It was so hot last week, one evening we didn't even feel like turning on the grill - we ate salad instead. So, chicken wraps get to be recycled on to this weeks menu.
My family loves the grilled chicken margherita tostada pizzas we make on the grill. This week I'm making BBQ chicken pizzas the same way - BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, black bean, onion, cheese and a little cilantro. They should work great as long as we don't overload the tortillas.
Monday: Pork steak, corn on the cob, peaches
Tuesday: Honey mustard chicken wraps, pineapple
Wednesday: Grilled hamburgers, cole slaw, peaches
Thursday: Grilled chicken Cesar salads, fresh fruit
Friday: BBQ chicken pizzas, green salad
Saturday: Date night
Sunday: Pork tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, veggie, fresh fruit
