You can save a ton of money at CVS rolling ECBs. If you are following my CVS $5 Scenarios, you have a $5.00 ECB to start this week's shopping with.
If your store is busy, you might not want to do too many back to back transactions. I like to do a couple of transaction and then step aside and let the people behind me checkout. This keeps the other customers and cashiers happy.
