This week, my oldest son requested Grilled Chicken Margherita Pizzas, one of this favorite meals. It's super easy to make and tastes like summer. I bought fresh mozzarella this week just for this recipe, but I've used regular mozzarella and the recipe is still great.
Monday: Rigatoni con Pesce, green salad, fresh peaches
It sound impressive, but it's only Marie Calender's Pasta Al Dente
Tuesday: Tacos, refried beans, chips & homemade salsa
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Margherita Pizzas, green salad, fresh cherries
Thursday: BLT's, chips, fresh fruit
Friday: Turkey Burgers, cole slaw, chips
Saturday: Bratwurst, grilled onions, baked beans, fruit
Sunday: Grilled chicken, grilled veggies, green salad, fresh fruit
