The week of July 12th Target advertised they would match competitor prices.Was this a one week deal? How does it actually work? Target's ad had very little information about how long or how this would actually work.

Yes, it is a ongoing policy. And not only will they match a competitor current price, but they will price adjust for up to seven days.
If you purchase something at Target and the product is in a competitor ad within the week they will adjust your price on what you have already purchased! I could get into the seven day price adjustment. I really hate it when I buy something and it goes on sale for less at different store the next week.
I haven't tried price matching at Target. Has anyone taken advantage of their new policy and how did it work out?
