Kmart - Doubling Coupons Week of July 5th

Kmart is doubling coupons, up to $2, in the St Louis area (Missouri & Illinois) the week of July 5th.

Check out your local ad if you live elsewhere. If your Kmart is doubling coupons, it is advertised in the weekly circular.

The "rules" change a bit every time Kmart doubles coupons. Here are this weeks guidelines:

• Participating stores only will double coupons up to $2 with a purchase of $25 of more in grocery and drugstore merchandise.
• Limit 10 coupons per customer per day.
• You may only purchase 4 of the same items using double coupons.
• Excludes Buy One, Get One offers, Kmart savings coupons and Kmart Store coupon.
• Amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the current retail price of a single item.
• NO cash or in-store purchase credit will be awarded for any amount exceeding the retail price of the item.
• Limit 1 coupon for each item purchased.
• Only 1 coupon will be doubled per item.

Although Kmart prices are high, there should be some freebies with this doubling offer. With some planning, it shouldn't be too hard to reach the $25 purchase requirement. I'm off to Kmart later today to check prices. I'll post my findings tomorrow.
