Target Price-Matches

I read Target would be price matching this week and even looked for it on in their ad on Sunday, but didn't see it. I was so surprised to see it scrolled across the middle of page 2 & 3 when I went back to look at their ad.

There are no details in Target's ad about how this works, but check out What to expect in Target's price-match policy from the Minneapolis-St Paul Star Tribune.

Right now, I'm not seeing how this would be an advantage for me on consumable product. I drive by Shop 'n Save, Schnucks and Walgreens to get to the Target.
