CVS Field Notes - Week of 1/09/11

Great shopping at CVS this week. The store I shop had almost everything on my list in stock.

• Maalox is a money-maker At the store I shop, Maalox Advanced Regular is $5.89 and Maalox Advanced Maximum  $6.49.  Both of them will trigger the ECB. 

• Magic Coupon machine is spitting out a coupon for $.50 off a Dove Single Bar.  Dove Single Bars are included in the Snickers Single FREE after ECB deal. 

• King Hershey's Drops or Reese's Cup Minis - The clerks & I looked everywhere for these products.  They don't think they've received them.  I got a rain check.

• Pepsi 12-packs are shown on the front page of the ad and again with the other Pepsico products on page 3.   The ad shows two different offer numbers.  I asked the assistant manager about this.  He told me he called a few other stores and no one seemed to know if it was really two different offers.  I'll keep you posted if I hear what's going on. UPDATE:  Pepsi is inlcuded in (2) offers.  (Thanks, Kelly in West County!)

• Christmas Candy & Merchandise - 75% off.  The store on Gravois and Chippewa has lots of candy, gift wrap and bows still in stock.
