Saved 83% This Week

I keep trying to rid myself of Register Rewards. I've had great shopping trips at Walgreens with coupon friendly cashiers, but I'm stocked up on most everything I can buy there. I have a $3 Register Reward expiring tomorrow. So, after tomorrow, I'll be Register Reward free.

Shop 'n Save
I picked up the Froot Roll Ups last weekend before the sale was over and bought them in two transactions to roll the Catalina. Then, on Thursday, I dove to the Crestwood store to take advantage of them matching Sappington Farmers' Market $10 off $50 coupon. Thank you again Michelle for tip. Crestwood isn't that far out of my way for $10.

Dierbergs
International Delight is on of my favorite things. I might have to go back for more before the sale is over. I was going to do two transactions (Oh, how I dislike that silly rule of 3 like coupons per transaction), but the paramedics were in the dairy aisle tending to and elderly person. It wasn't in the cards to go back for the second transaction that day.

Sappington Farmers' Market
Since I went to the Crestwood Shop 'n Save for the Sappington Farmers' Market match, I though I my as well stop in at Sappington on my way home. They had Ground Chuck for $1.99. I don't know why it's so difficult to find a decent price on burger.

My Splurge
My oldest is going to be home for spring break next week, so I had to get a few of his favorite things. He loves Toasted Ravioli and I know he doesn't get that in Minnesota. He also loves Grilled Chicken Margarita Pizzas. I was hoping to buy a basil plant, so a least I could try to keep it alive through the summer, but it was too early to pick up a plant at the grocery store. I ended up paying $2.59 for a little package of Basil. Ouch!

Splurge Funds: $74.55

For those who don't read my blog on a regular basis, my splurge funds are the difference between what I've actually spent and my $50 budget. They are for those items I never find on sale or that I don't have coupons for.
