CVS at Olive & Old Ballas?

This past week, the Creve Coeur planning and zoning commission sent a negative recommendation to the city council on allowing construction of a CVS store at Olive and Old Ballas Road. Read the Post-Dispatch article here.

The planning and zoning commission must not have any idea how much money you can save at CVS, or they would have stamped this proposal with a big fat YES!
